Aidlab got wet while using it

Updated onJanuary 17, 2021

Aidlab is not waterproof. Rain, splash, sweat and shower can cause short circuits and long-term damage.

Do the following if your Aidlab had contact with water:

  1. Get the Aidlab out of the water right away, if you haven't already.
  2. Do not plug in the Aidlab. If it's plugged in already, unplug it (very carefully).
  3. Turn Aidlab off.
  4. Put it in a dry place for 48 hours.

Once you've waited a couple of days and think you've successfully dried out your Aidlab, you can try switching it on. If it still doesn't work, or if you want to get the internals checked out, you can contact us directly.
