Wearing Aidlab

You can wear Aidlab in two ways: on a chest strap or a special T-shirt/sports bra.

Wearing Aidlab on a chest strap

Attach Aidlab to the chest strap using its clips and tighten the strap so that the four electrodes (two on the chest strap and two on Aidlab) make direct contact with your skin.

Wearing Aidlab on a special T-shirt

There are special T-shirts and sports bras available on the market compatible with Aidlab.

Attach Aidlab to the chest strap by its clips.

In both cases, ensure that Aidlab is not placed upside down.
