Measuring

Updated onDecember 13, 2024

Aidlab measures multiple parameters, including your activity, heart’s ECG, burned calories, respiration, and skin temperature, each time you use it. We recommend using Aidlab not only during specific activities but continuously throughout your day. The longer you wear Aidlab, the more accurate and detailed the insights into your health and activity become. This enables a better understanding of your body’s patterns and trends over time.

Pairing Aidlab with smartphone

  1. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone and ensure it is close to Aidlab.
  2. Turn on Aidlab by holding the power button for 1 second.
